How fast can you start?
Most engagements kick off within [PLACEHOLDER: typical start timeline] of a signed scope. Audits can often start sooner since they don't require environment access on day one.
Do you work with our existing framework?
Yes. We'll assess what you have first. If it's salvageable, we extend it. If it's the source of your flaky-test problem, we'll tell you that directly and propose a path off it.
What do you need from us to get started?
Environment access, a point of contact for requirements questions, and (if it exists) your current test documentation or defect history. We'll send a short checklist after the first call.
How do you report results?
Every run produces a pass/fail dashboard with screenshots attached to failures. For ongoing engagements you get a recurring summary in the cadence and format you prefer, Jira, Confluence, email, or a shared dashboard.
How do you handle NDAs and security?
We sign NDAs before any access is granted and work within your access control policies, including VPN, restricted environments, or on-prem requirements where applicable.
Do you build websites or Java applications without QA?
Yes. Website design/development and Java development are offered standalone or combined with QA. Most clients combine them since it's the same team either way.
